College Librarian’s Association, Kerala (KCLA), established in 1969, has always aimed at upholding the spirit of library professionals and to improve library services with the changing demands of the information society. It also serves as a platform to discuss and bring out solutions to service requirements as well as technology competencies of college librarians. KCLA has been instrumental in conducting conferences and seminars and is well appreciated by the academic community.
It has got five regional committees under different universities of the Kerala state viz. Kerala University Region, M G University Region, Thrissur Region, Calicut Region and Kannur Region.
